Toilet repair & installation

Radiator & valve replacement/removal
Do you have a leaking radiator or valve or require it to be removed for decorating then we can do that. Do you have a stiff radiator valve, then get it replaced before you need it in an emergency! We can also fit Thermostatic Radiator valves to your radiators to meet Building Regulations and allow you to control the temperature of individual rooms.
Airing Cupboard valve replacements
Check out you airing cupboard and we can probably guarantee that the valves in there haven't been moved for a few years. These can be replaced and labelled for extra peace of mind.

A full inspection of all visible hot & cold pipework and valves in your property from only £90. Any additional remedial works done with a discount of 10%
Unvented Hot Water Cylinders
Servicing of most named branded unvented hot water systems. These should be inspected annually to qualify for manufacturers warranties and as a general safety issue. Service carried out for £105 plus parts that may be required
